We're so excited that you're interested in joining the Temple Har Shalom community! THS utilizes this online portal to help you manage all of your membership information. Upon submission of this form, you'll be prompted to create a password to complete your account setup for future access.

The following form asks you to input several pieces of important information about you and your family. For the purposes of this form, the form submitter will be considered the "Primary Member" while your spouse/partner (if applicable) will be considered the "Secondary Member". There is no difference and you can switch the two at any time once your account is set up.

As a part of completing the form, you will be asked about selecting an investment/dues commitment that suits your family. Families may pay the commitment in full or create an automated payment plan by selecting the options that fit best. All online automated payments may be made with ACH/Echeck at no charge or with a credit card (which includes a convenience charge). If you would like to mail a check or use appreciated securities, please select the "Bill To My Account" option. Please note that if using an ACH/Echeck, it must be set up in advance by clicking here. Volunteering is a wonderful way to become an active part of the THS community! After selecting some choices below, a committee member will be in touch to talk about how to become more involved.

INVESTMENT/DUES COMMITMENT

THS asks all its members to select an investment option that represents their family's commitment to the community. Options are included below. We know that more families than usual may need financial assistance this year and so, if you are financially able, we ask you to consider an increased investment category.

Patron	Full affiliation for congregants with no children in 3rd-7th grade (includes Immediate Family High Holy Days tickets) (Family)
Pillar	Full affiliation for congregants with or without children in JSchool/Machon (includes Immediate Family High Holy Days tickets)
Upholder	Full affiliation at Pillar Level plus recognition in Ner Tamid Society
Sustainer	Full affiliation at Pillar Level, plus recognition in Ner Tamid Society, plus reserved seats and parking at High Holy Days
Guardian	Full affiliation at Pillar Level, plus recognition in Ner Tamid Society, reserved seats and parking at High Holy Days, plus no charge for any THS events
